“No Data in the Replies Table Due to Campaign Messages
I have received responses to a campaign message, but I don’t see them in the Replies table
Fundamentals of the Follow-Up Sequence
This article deals with managing and optimizing follow-up sequences in Compleadly. It explains how to ensure that contacts who respond to messages appear correctly in the response table and how to select contacts for further follow-up messages.
Importance of Opener and Follow-Up Features
The use of opener and follow-up features in Compleadly is crucial. These functions check whether contacts are followed up or their responses are monitored. Particularly, the opener function goes through the network list and re-checks all contacts to see if there is a response.
Use of Campaign Messages as Follow-Up
Sometimes follow-up sequences are combined with the campaign message function, especially when several sequences with different target groups and texts are used. If a campaign message detects a response, the contact is included in the replies table, but contacts are scanned less frequently.
Setting Conditions for Follow-Up
To solve this problem, it is advisable to set specific conditions. When opening the function and scrolling down to the conditions, the option “Profile has responded” should be selected. Here, you can then specify the specific step in which the contact should be stored as soon as they have responded. This not only creates a target group list with contacts but also a specific group for the respective follow-up step, allowing you to track which follow-up step most contacts respond to.
Repeated Integration into the Follow-Up Sequence
If a contact simply responds with a thumbs-up or a winking smiley and is intended for the next message, they can be re-integrated into the follow-up sequence. To do this, search for the relevant contact in the messages, look at the response, and re-add them using the Chrome extension to the target group used for the follow-up. After saving, this contact will be written to again in the next run.
