Use-Case: Automate Your LinkedIn Follow-Ups Directly From Chat

Preparation

Install Chrome Extension: Open a new tab in Chrome and search for CompLeadly Extension on Google. Install the extension in your browser. More on the Chrome Extension

In the Chat

1. Open Chat: Go to the chat where you want to start a follow-up sequence.
2. Activate Extension: Click on the CompLeadly logo in your browser or open it via the puzzle icon and select CompLeadly.
3. Select Target Group: Select a target group where this contact should be saved. For example, "Follow up Test". Click on "Save".

LinkedIn Tool

1. Switch to LinkedIn Tool: Go to the LinkedIn Tool section in CompLeadly.
2. Create Sequence: Here you create a new sequence with the "Campaign Messages" feature.
3. Target Group Selection and Settings: Select the previously created target group in the Campaign Messages function and set the time for the first use of the contact, for example, after 48 hours.

Message Settings

Set Criteria: Decide under which conditions the follow-up message will be sent. For example: "The last message must be from me".

Automation

Second Function in Sequence for Multi-Stage Follow-Ups: You can repeat the process and insert more campaign messages into the sequence.

Response Handling: You can insert conditions so that no further follow-up message is sent in the event of a response from the contact.

Extra: In Case of Removal or No Response

Set Limits: If someone removes you as a contact or revokes the connection, you can set corresponding conditions so that this contact receives no further messages by being removed from the target group.
