How to: The Contacts Feature
CompLeadly provides a comprehensive overview of all contacts, whether they are connected, exported, or simply found using the search function. All contacts are displayed in a central list.
Update
There is the option to update contacts, where only the data from the database is brought up to date. Unfortunately, this process does not include re-searching or exporting data.
Direct Messages
You can send emails directly from the contact list by selecting the desired contacts and sending them a message.
Notes and Contact Details
For each contact, you can leave individual notes, which appear as yellow markings in the overview. In the contact list, you will find basic information such as first name, last name, LinkedIn profile name, Sales Navigator profile (if available), email address, phone number, job title, and company.
Additional Information
Special data is also displayed for each contact, such as birthdays, whether it is an Open or Premium profile (which allows for free InMails), whether a connection request has been made, and whether the profile has been followed. Information about sent InMails, openers, follow-ups, and congratulations is also provided.
Sorting and Filtering Options
The contact list offers extensive sorting and filtering options. You can filter by various criteria such as the date of the last follow-up or other features. Multiple filter rules can be applied at the same time, and it is also possible to sort by multiple criteria at the same time.
Export and Display Options
The contact list can be fully exported, with the duration of the export depending on the size of the list. You can also set how many contacts should be displayed per page. Furthermore, Compleadly offers the option to open selected contacts directly in LinkedIn, noting that a separate tab in the browser will open for each contact.
