How-To: Messages to companies
With CompLeadly, you can not only contact individuals but also target companies with messages. The Send Messages to Companies function is available for this purpose. Here, you will learn how to activate and use this function effectively.
Activating the Function
You can find the function under “Add More Features” → “Write Message” → “Send Messages to Companies”.
To use it, you need a saved company search from the LinkedIn Sales Navigator. It is important to select an account search, not a person search.
Creating a Company Search in Sales Navigator
- Open Sales Navigator and go to Account Filters.
- Set your criteria, such as revenue, number of employees, and other relevant factors.
- Copy the search link from the address bar, and create a target audience in CompLeadly using this link.
Settings in CompLeadly
Once you have saved the company search, you can configure various parameters:
- Starting page in Sales Navigator (automatically incremented)
- Number of companies to visit (recommended: gradually increase up to a maximum of 40 per day)
- Conversation topic (predefined by LinkedIn, e.g., “Other”)
- Acquisition message (you can use placeholders since you are contacting companies, not individuals)
Additionally, you can:
- Preview the message
- Save and reuse your texts
- Optimize the message using AI
- Set when a company should be visited again
- Automatically deactivate the function in the sequence when the target audience is exhausted
- Reset the starting page if necessary
Saving and Support
After configuring all settings, save the function. If you have any questions, you can use the Support Button at any time.
