Saving Lead Lists from Sales Navigator to CompLeadly

It’s important to note that when you cancel Sales Navigator, your saved lead lists will be lost. However, with CompLeadly, you can save this valuable data. In this article, we’ll walk you through the steps to complete this process.

Accessing Lead Lists in Sales Navigator

You can find your lead lists directly in Sales Navigator under the “Leads” section. Once you access this area, all your saved lists will be displayed. These lists contain potential customer contacts that you’ve gathered through Sales Navigator.

Exporting Lead Lists with CompLeadly

CompLeadly doesn’t offer a direct integration to open and export lead lists from Sales Navigator. However, there is a simple workaround to accomplish this:

1. Open your Sales Navigator and go to the Lead Filters. Here, you can apply various filters to display your saved lists.
2. Scroll down on the right side until you find the lead list you want to export.
3. Select one of the lists, for example, a test target group.
4. Copy the URL of the list from your browser’s address bar.

Importing into CompLeadly

With the copied URL, you can now proceed in CompLeadly:

1. Paste the copied URL into CompLeadly to import the target group.
2. Go to “Target Group” in CompLeadly and add your imported list as a new target group.

Profile Export and Data Backup

Once you’ve added the target group in CompLeadly, you can export the relevant contacts:

1. Go to “Create New Sequence” in CompLeadly.
2. Select the “Profile Export” option in the sequence you’ve created.
3. Choose the target group you just imported.
4. Specify how many contacts you want to export.
5. Select the file format for the export. We recommend the Excel format, as only Excel files can be re-uploaded into CompLeadly.
6. Press “Save” to complete the export.

By following these steps, you can securely export and save your contacts from Sales Navigator to CompLeadly for future use.
