CompLeadly offers an innovative feature called Smart Chat, which facilitates the management of chats with LinkedIn contacts. This feature allows you to manage and communicate with your contacts more efficiently.
Exporting and Managing Contacts
Smart Chat enables you to export all contacts from your LinkedIn chat within a specified period. You get an overview of your latest messages and can directly access LinkedIn profiles and Sales Navigator profiles. It also displays when a chat entry was created and last modified.
Chat History and Interactions
With a single click, you can view the complete chat history of a contact and respond to it. You have the option to reopen the chat in the browser and message contacts directly through CompLeadly.
Message Management
CompLeadly also offers the functionality to save messages as a draft if the chat history has changed. You can use placeholders in your messages, view previews, save and reload messages, and send attachments.
Filters and Notes
A special feature of Smart Chat is the filter option. You can filter whether the last message was sent by you or the customer. This helps identify unanswered messages—a feature that LinkedIn itself does not offer. Additionally, you can add notes to contacts, which are visible in the system and highlighted by color symbols.
Settings and Synchronization
You can set the period for which chats should be traced back, and whether messages should be moved to the archive. This helps manage the number of contacts to synchronize and makes the LinkedIn chat more organized.
Future Developments
