Filtering for people who have been active on LinkedIn in the last 30 days is an excellent way to find engaged users. These individuals are more likely to be open to new connections and respond more quickly to messages or requests. This puts you one step closer to a successful interaction.
Job changes in the past 90 days
People who have recently changed jobs are often open to new opportunities and connections. They are likely to be more active on LinkedIn, expanding their network and advancing their professional development.
You should not use both filters simultaneously, as they work with an AND connection, resulting in fewer shown results.
Instructions for using the filters

- Open LinkedIn Sales Navigator: Log in to your LinkedIn account and go to Sales Navigator.
- Create a new search: Click on "Lead Filters" and start setting your criteria.
- Apply the specific filters: Under the "Spotlights" section, you will find the options "People who posted on LinkedIn in the past month" and "Job changes in the past 90 days". Activate the desired filters.
