A) Have you chosen the monthly billing for Sales Navigator or another LinkedIn package?
Then we can upgrade.
In the CompLeadly menu under Buy & Subscribe ➔ Sales Navigator Deals,
you can request the deal.
B) Did you choose a LinkedIn package with annual billing and the purchase is less than 7 days old?
You may be able to reverse it.
C) Do you have a different LinkedIn package than the Sales Navigator with annual billing and the purchase is more than 7 days old?
You can't upgrade to the Sales Navigator yourself, but LinkedIn support can.➔ Here's what you can do
D) Have you chosen the annual billing for the Sales Navigator and the purchase is more than 7 days old?
Unfortunately, we can't do anything in this case. Please ask LinkedIn support to change the package to monthly billing after the annual term is over.➔ Contact LinkedIn Support
If you cancel the Sales Navigator yourself and let it expire, you'll lose all your Sales Navigator settings and your created lists.
Your contacts will still remain
