How-To: Export Leads from Post Interactions
People who react to your posts on LinkedIn can be considered valuable warm leads. With CompLeadly, there is a special feature that allows you to directly transfer these contacts into your saved target groups. This way, you can use them specifically, e.g. , for connecting or sending personal messages.
Activate the Feature
- Go to Add Feature in your CompLeadly workflow.
- Select Export Contact Data.
- Scroll down until you find the feature Export Leads from Post Intention Action.
- Add it to your workflow using the plus icon.
Adjust Settings
After adding the feature, you can edit and customize it:
- Select posts: By default, only your own posts are considered.
- Set time period: Define how far back interactions should be taken into account.
- Name the target group: Choose a suitable name for the target group.
- Differentiate: Decide whether comments and likes should be recorded separately.
- Avoid duplicates: Make sure that people who interact multiple times are not added again.
- Exclude keywords: Specify whether posts containing certain keywords should be skipped.
Advanced Options
If you deactivate the checkbox for “only own posts,” you can also capture interactions on other people’s posts. This way, likes and comments from third-party posts can also be exported into your target groups.
Use in Workflow
Once you have saved the settings, you can directly use the feature in your workflow. This ensures you always have up-to-date target groups from LinkedIn interactions and can approach these leads effectively.
