Does CompLeadly take over updates to leads lists?

What happens if I add new contacts to a leads list in the Sales Navigator? Does CompLeadly then update the list automatically, or do I need to re-submit the list to CompLeadly?

If you add new contacts to a lead list and you have created a Sales Navigator target group with lead lists, newly added contacts to this target group will be automatically captured by CompLeadly as well.
