What is the WebViewer?

The WebViewer is an innovative feature of CompLeadly that allows you to remotely control your CompLeadly software. It is particularly useful when CompLeadly is running on an external server, another computer, or if you are on the go while the software continues to run in your office or at home. You can conveniently access your settings and statistics from any location, operate the SmartChat, and use other features.

Accessing the WebViewer

To use the WebViewer, visit the CompLeadly website at www.CompLeadly.de. There, in the top area, you will find the option to log in. After clicking the login button, you will be taken to a page where you log in - either you will be automatically logged in or you will need to enter your login data.

Functionalities and Special Features

Once you are in the WebViewer, the familiar CompLeadly user interface will appear. Here you can:

  • Open settings and make remote changes.
  • Access the response table and mark people for responses.
  • Use Smart Chat to send messages from anywhere.
  • Download invoices and manage target groups.

Note that starting CompLeadly is only possible in the installed version. In the WebViewer, there is a start button, but clicking on it only leads to the download area. Do not be confused by this.
