Collective Invoice
Learn how to activate other users for CompLeadly in just a few steps and easily add them to your invoice.

Step 1: Access User Management
Go to the top-left corner and click on your name, then click on "CompLeadly User Management."
Note: If you do not see this in the menu, we must first activate the user administration for you. Write to support@compleadly.de with the email you are using in CompLeadly.
Step 2: Add a New User
In User Management, you will see an empty table. Click on the option "Add New User."
Note: Make sure the email address you want to add is already registered with CompLeadly. If not, the person in question can register via the link: https://compleadly.web.app/#/auth/signup
Step 3: Enter Email Address
After clicking on "Add New User," enter the email address of the already registered user.
Note: Personal information like first and last names will only become visible for privacy reasons once the user is activated.
Step 4: Choose Subscription Status
If the user's subscription status is "Deactivated," click on the "Subscribe" button.
⚠️Note: If the user has an "Activated" subscription status, they are either still in the trial period or have a subscription. See also below in ➔ FAQ what to do.
When subscribing, you can choose between annual and monthly payment methods, as well as between the Basic or Premium package.
After making your selection, click on "Activate" This will add the user to your invoice.
Step 5: Manage Subscription
As soon as you have activated the subscription for the user, the button changes from "subscribe" to "cancel" or "upgrade."
Note: If you have chosen the Basic package, you have the option to upgrade to Premium at a later point.
Step 6: Support for Questions
If you have questions or uncertainties, you can contact support at any time through the Support button.
Note: The user will not see their own subscription under "their subscriptions" since they are added to your collective invoice. However, they will be able to use the features corresponding to the chosen subscription.
FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
Me or someone else on the list is already activated
If you want to subscribe yourself but already have the "Activated" status, you may still be in the trial period or have an existing subscription. You must first cancel the subscription.
To achieve this, click on your name at the top left and then on Subscription. There you will also see the end date of the subscription or the next payment. From that date, you should subscribe yourself in the User Management. Otherwise, you will pay double.
Same for your User you want to put on your subscription list.
Annual contracts
Annual billing are no subscriptions with recurring payments, but one-payments for a period of one year. At the end of the year, the user must be renewed for one year.
