If the computer has been running for more than 12 hours at a time, other programs might be interfering with CompLeadly that have not been properly terminated by the operating system itself.
If the problem still persists after restart, please press the support button.
Error occurs with Smart Chat
If the error occurs when running Smart Chat, someone may have sent you a strange message (attachments only, voice message or other).
- Please navigate to the contact in the chat where the Smart Chat hangs and use "get page content" in the CompLeadly Chrome Extension.
You can get the Chrome extension in the Google Chrome Web Store. Simply search for CompLeadly and add it. - After pressing the "get page content" button, archive the relevant LinkedIn message manually. The contact will then be skipped and the Smart Chat message will continue to run.
