Learn how you can easily change CompLeadly account data and securely transfer cloud packages to other users.

Changing CompLeadly Basic Data

As a CompLeadly user, you have the ability to change basic information such as email address, password, payment details, and billing address on your own. This is a simple process that can be done directly through your user profile.

To do this, click on the head icon in the top right corner of CompLeadly.

Cloud Server Transfer

There are two options for transferring a cloud server:

  1. Sharing access data: You can directly pass on the existing access data to another person. This is the fastest way.
  2. Changing access data through support: Our support team can also change and pass on the access data.
