Event-, group-, follower invitations now works with Sales Navigator searches too

LinkedIn normally only allows inviting contacts through the predefined LinkedIn list. This has applied to events, groups, and company pages so far. Now, there is a new option in CompLeadly that provides more control over the invitation process.

Standard Method: Inviting via LinkedIn List

Until now, CompLeadly could only use the list provided by LinkedIn when sending invitations. This list includes all direct contacts and appears as an endless list. CompLeadly automatically goes through this list and sends invitations.

This method still works and remains a simple way to reach contacts directly via LinkedIn.

New Option: Inviting via Sales Navigator Search

With this new enhancement, you can now use a Sales Navigator search as an additional filter option. This means:

  • You add the event, group, or company link as usual.
  • Additionally, you can include a Sales Navigator search.
  • Important: The search must contain only direct (1st-degree) contacts, as invitations will not work otherwise.

Using the Sales Navigator search is optional. You can decide whether CompLeadly should go through the full LinkedIn list or invite only selected people from your Sales Navigator search.

Where Can This New Feature Be Used?

The ability to manage invitations through a Sales Navigator search is available for the following areas:

  • Event invitations
  • Group invitations
  • Follower invitations for company pages

This feature does not exist directly on LinkedIn – with CompLeadly, you now have an additional way to send targeted and efficient invitations.
