Why should I withdraw requests?

We recommend having a maximum of 200 pending requests and only those that are a maximum of 5 days old.

The reason is that LinkedIn does not want you to connect with people you do not know.

LinkedIn can easily find this out by counting how many people click "ignore" on your request per day instead of accepting.

Then LinkedIn knows that you do not know each other.

The bad thing is, the more pending requests you have and the older the request is, the higher the chance that the contacts will come back online on LinkedIn at some point (typically after a holiday period like Christmas, summer etc.) and then click ignore on you.

If you have many pending people, there can quickly be several dozen people per day who click "ignore" on you.

With CompLeadly, you can of course also withdraw requests automatically.
