Step-by-Step Process

  1. Initiating the Sequence: The first step involves setting up a sequence using the visit and follow feature. This sequence is critical for initiating the process.

  2. Utilizing Search Tools: The next step is to select a sales navigator search or any other search option available on LinkedIn. This tool allows you to streamline your search and target the right audience.

  3. Saving Profiles to a Search List: After setting up the search parameters, it's important to save profiles to a search list once the operation (visit and follow) is completed. This helps in organizing and tracking potential clients.

  4. Handling Unfollowable Profiles: In instances where a profile cannot be followed, it's recommended to select visited profiles instead of "operation done" which in this case would be follow. Once visited, these profiles will be saved into a different search list, which could be named for easy identification, like "TEST".

  5. Creating a New Imported Search List: After visiting profiles, they are automatically saved into the newly created search list. This list serves as a repository for all the profiles that have been interacted with.

  6. Setting Up Connection Requests: The next feature to focus on is the connection request feature. Here, you select the previously created search list (e.g., "TEST") and set up the timeline for sending out invites. For example, if you wish to wait for one day, you would set it to 24 hours.

  7. Customizing the Connection Request Message: Personalizing your connection request message can increase the chances of acceptance. However, it's also an option to not send any message with the connection request. All other settings should be customized to fit your strategy.

  8. Finalizing and Saving the Setup: After setting up the message and other parameters, save the settings. This ensures that your strategy is in place and ready to be executed.
