Use placeholders for the current position as well as the company

How do the placeholders JOB and CO work?

With the codes _JOB_ and _CO_, you can automatically insert the respective position and the company of your contacts into your messages. Instead of writing a message for each individual contact, you simply insert these placeholders into the text field, and CompLeadly automatically replaces them with the corresponding information.

Example of Use

Suppose you want to compose a message that mentions both the position and the company of your contacts. Instead of writing 'Hello, I see you work at [Company] as [Position]' for each contact individually, you could simply write: 'Hello, I see you work at _CO_ as _JOB_.'

These placeholders will then automatically be replaced by the respective information.

Use Preview

It is always advisable to use the preview before you send your message. To do this, simply click on the eye symbol next to the text field. This way, you can see what your message will look like after applying the placeholders.
