Meaning of Conditions When Using an Imported Audience in a CompLeadly Function

In general, you should always "at some point" delete profiles from an imported list, even if the operation cannot be performed. Otherwise, the lists will become infinitely long (regardless of the CompLeadly function).

We often work with "Is above the time interval" where contacts are automatically removed after a certain number of days or weeks.

Overview of the Conditions

  1. Operation succeeded
  2. Contact level = 1
  3. Contact level = 2
  4. Contact level = 3+
  5. Exceeds the time interval
  6. Profile has answered
  7. Need email to connect
  8. Open Profile
  9. No Open Profile
  10. Last message sent more than max hours ago
  11. Invite still pending
  12. Profile scanned
  13. Profile visited

Operation succeeded

If the operation of the function has been performed, such as:

- In the case of connecting: The contact has received a connection request through CompLeadly.
- In the case of campaign messages: The contact has been sent a message.
Then the contact is removed from the imported audience that you are using in the function.

Contact degree = 1

If CompLeadly detects that the contact is already connected with you (connection level = 1), this contact will be removed from the imported audience that you are using in the function.

Contact degree = 2

If CompLeadly detects that the contact has connection level 2, this contact will be removed from the imported audience that you are using in the function.

Contact degre = 3+

If CompLeadly detects that the contact has connection level 3, this contact will be removed from the imported audience that you are using in the function.

Is above the time interval

When a contact is added to an imported audience, they receive a timestamp indicating when the contact was added. If the contact has been in the audience longer than the set hours (indicated by a red arrow), then this contact will be removed from the audience.

Profile has answered

Only for functions where 1st-degree contacts can be used (auto messages, campaign messages).

If the CompLeadly function detects that the contact has written last, the contact will be removed from the audience.

Need email to connect

Only for Connection Request Feature

If a contact needs an Email to send a connection request, the contact will be removed from the target audience.

Open Profile

If the contact is an open Profile, the contact will be removed from the target audience.

What is an open profile

No Open Profile

If the contact is no open profile, the contact will be removed from the target audience.

What is an open profile

Last message sent more than max hours ago

Only for campaign messages

If the last message is older than the time set in the campaign messages function (indicated by a red arrow), then the contact will be removed from the audience.

Invite still pending

If a connection request has been sent (either by you or by CompLeadly), the connect button on the LinkedIn profile changes to "Pending." In this case, the contact will be removed from the audience.

Profile scanned

The contact was only viewed in the audience without visiting the profile on LinkedIn. This happens, for example, when the contact is seen in the audience but immediately skipped.

Profile visited

The profile was visited by CompLeadly. Regardless of whether the operation was performed or not, the condition "Profile visited" applies as soon as the profile is opened on LinkedIn by CompLeadly.
